The simplest and quickest way to get back online:
- Turn off the wireless router
- After 5 minutes, turn the router back on, it will take between 5 and 10 minutes to boot back up
- Reboot any devices connecting to your wireless router such as mesh units, extenders or other wireless access points
- Contact customer support if issues persist.
If all the lights are on and the router appears to be working, but a single wi-fi device of yours doesn't connect:
- Turn off the device that is not working or disable wi-fi
- Wait 10 seconds and turn the device/wi-fi back on
- Check Settings on your device to see that it is connected to the correct wi-fi network and has good signal strength
- Contact customer support if issues persist.
