The simplest and quickest way to get back online:

  1. Turn off the wireless router
  2. After 5 minutes, turn the router back on, it will take between 5 and 10 minutes to boot back up
  3. Reboot any devices connecting to your wireless router such as mesh units, extenders or other wireless access points
  4. Contact customer support if issues persist.

If all the lights are on and the router appears to be working, but a single wi-fi device of yours doesn't connect:

  1. Turn off the device that is not working or disable wi-fi
  2. Wait 10 seconds and turn the device/wi-fi back on
  3. Check Settings on your device to see that it is connected to the correct wi-fi network and has good signal strength
  4. Contact customer support if issues persist.
