Herefordshire Community Networks CIC (HCN)is a community interest company owned by shareholders, all of whom are local residents or businesses. HCN was founded to design, build and own the physical infrastructure (the network) through which broadband and other services will be delivered by an appointed Internet Service Provider (ISP).
HCN has two directors from within the community as well as a local Company Secretary –essentially, they act as shareholder representatives to ensure the community gets the broadband and other telecommunications services that the residents and businesses in our community need and want.
